What's your refund policy?
If the PDF fails to generate due to a technical error on our side, we'll refund immediately. We don't offer refunds if the score is lower than expected — the score reflects what's in the CV.
Can I use it to score my own CV?
Absolutely. Many people score their own CV to understand how a startup founder would read it, and to prepare for interviews.
Is my CV data stored?
No. CV text is processed in memory and discarded after the analysis. We don't store CV content.
